Navneet Garg brings three decades of experience building and acquiring businesses across more than sixty developing markets. As Global Chief Operating Officer of Vestergaard, he led the organisation through a period in which annual revenue expanded from USD 1 million to USD 600 million, and directed the group's venture capital activities for six years. His contribution to Tavasya combines operational depth, acquisition expertise and an extensive network spanning central and state government institutions across India.

Shivani Singla

Shivani Singla is a qualified insolvency professional with twenty-one years of experience in corporate and stressed-asset banking. Over a banking career in which she held the office of General Manager, she was engaged in several of India's most significant insolvencies, including Amtek Auto, Bhushan Steel, Bhushan Power & Steel and Monnet Ispat. Her expertise across credit appraisal, security structuring, syndication and resolution strategy informs the way each Tavasya investment is sourced, underwritten and exited.
